Ballots Open 
June 1 through June 15

 

ACA members who are eligible to vote can cast their votes from 12:00 am, June 1st to 11:45 pm, June 15th (all times Eastern US time).

When the election opens, you will receive an automated message from "Academy of Certified Archivists” containing your personalized voting link and access key. These can only be used to vote once, and your voting choices will remain anonymous. Do not forward that email and do not reply to that email to vote, as your vote will not be registered.

We are using an online election system called ElectionBuddy. Please watch for the email and contact the ACA office if you have questions.

Upcoming Events

2026 Annual Business Meeting

We invite all ACA members to attend the 2026 Annual Business Meeting, held virtually this year on Monday, July 27 at 4:00 PM ET. The meeting will include updates on the Academy's activities and financial status, a preview of upcoming bylaw amendment proposals, and other routine business. A final agenda will be circulated in advance.
