Member Survey Results |
79% of respondents were members of the Society of American Archivists (SAA). SAA had 3043 dues paying members in 1998; ACA had 624 dues paying members in 1998 after 10 years of certification efforts. As a comparison, the Association of Records Managers and Administrators (ARMA) had approximately 10,000 dues paying members in 1998; the Institute of Certified Records Managers (ICRM) had about 700 members in 1998 after 20 years of certification efforts. This question was not on the 1989 survey. |
