In 1999, 6% women and 2.5% men had the bachelor's only; 16% women and
18% men had the MA, MS or other master's degree. 13% women and 5% men had
the MLS or its equivalent. The double master with the MLS as a component
was 11% women and 10% men holding these two degrees. Out of 73 doctorates,
11% men versus 5% women had earned them.
In 1989, women outnumbered the men in both the bachelor's and master's.
Men outnumbered women by 2 times with the doctorate.
